This beautiful Ugandan girl’s laugh is a cackle. She’s the future and her propensity for giggles promises good things. She walks to school barefoot and often returns to chores in her mud bricked home early because her classroom has no roof. She’d rather stay at school where she might be able to learn ‘doctoring’. She’s a wonderful human and my hope for her is that Uganda learns the importance of mental health in time to benefit her generation. Anything’s possible.
